New Integration: Klaviyo

As Klaviyo has become more popular with Shopify merchants, we’ve received several requests to add an integration.

This week, we launched the first in a series of feature releases that will integrate more and more Klaviyo data into your Lifetimely account.

(Note: Klaviyo integration features are only available for members of the PLUS plan.)

What's new

In this first iteration of Klaviyo features, we’ll sync your Klaviyo segments, lists, and campaigns. These attributes can then be used as filters on your LTV report and your other customer behavior reports.

A few examples of use cases this can unlock:

  • Which of my Klaviyo marketing campaigns correlate with the highest LTV?
  • Are my CAC payback times shorter when I engage with customers more frequently?
  • Are projected LTVs higher for customers who receive primarily SMS marketing material or email marketing material?

How to integrate your Klaviyo account

  1. Find your Klaviyo API key
  2. Go to your Integrations page and click the Klaviyo tab
  3. Enter your API key
  4. Click “Save”

What’s next

The next step is integrating your Klaviyo account metrics into your Income Statement and Dashboards, for example by tracking revenue from email campaigns vs SMS,  adding SMS costs to your marketing costs, pulling in subscriber numbers, etc.
