The full version of Dashboards is now live!
After six weeks of helpful feedback and steady improvements to the beta version, we're excited to finally add another core feature to your Lifetimely account.
We're also happy to let you know we've made Dashboards free for all PRO and PLUS users.
Below, we'll walk you through all the latest new features, explain how BASIC users can upgrade to access their dashboards, and preview other improvements coming down the line.
Here's a summary of the most notable new features we've released over the last couple weeks. Hopefully you've already had a chance to try some of these out!
The downside of having so many dashboard customization options is the sheer number of metrics, reports, and display options to sort through when building a new dashboard from scratch.
We wanted to make it easier for you to get started, so we created templates for three of the most common dashboard use cases. Now when you add a new dashboard, you can choose:
After choosing a template, you can add, edit, or remove as many widgets as you’d like to make the dashboard your own. (And of course, if you’d rather start from scratch, that option is still there too!)
If you haven't created a dashboard, then he first time you go to your Dashboards tab, you'll be prompted to select a template or start from scratch:
If you've already created a dashboard, then click on the carrot next to the "+ New blank dashboard" button to select a template:
Do you want to share a dashboard report with someone who doesn't have easy access to your Lifetimely account?
You can now generate a public or private link that will allow the recipient to view a dashboard and even toggle the date ranges on your metrics, but not make any edits to the dashboard itself.
If you'd like, you can password protect your dashboard. For added security, you can change your password at any time.
To generate a shareable dashboard link:
Campaign-level marketing data from your Facebook Ads account is finally available for your dashboard marketing widgets.
If you find yourself reviewing a dashboard more often than your Income Statement, you may want to take advantage of a new option to make a dashboard the first report you see when you log in.
Just click the three dots to the right of your dashboard details and select “Set as Home Screen”.
You can also edit, delete, and duplicate dashboards from this same menu.
The full version of Dashboards is only included in PRO and PLUS plans.
If you're a PRO or PLUS user who created a dashboard on the beta version, you can still access these dashboards as normal.
However, if you're a BASIC user who built a dashboard on the beat version, even though your dashboards are still saved, you will have to upgrade to a PRO or PLUS plan to access them. You can do that via the Change plan tab in your Settings.
Dashboards may have graduated from beta, we're still working on new features to make it better!
Soon we'll be adding speedometer-type widgets to help you visualize whether you're on track towards hitting your metric target and highlight areas where you're falling behind.
We'll also be adding an option to send your dashboards as email reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Stay tuned!
